Rasmussen Trucking & Service Center is looking for a Heavy-Duty Parts Manager/Service Writer to run our parts room.
- This is a family owned and operated company.
- We are looking for someone with dedication to their job and can work independently without supervision.
- Past experience is a plus.
Responsibilities:
- Customer Service.
- Generate & Receive purchase orders.
- Maintain accurate inventory.
- Manage all returns, including timely core returns.
- Create repair orders.
- Able to be cost effective when placing orders.
Minimum Requirements:
- Must have prior service writing skills.
- Knowledge of diesel parts a must.
- Ability to stand, stoop, kneel, bend, and lift up to 50lbs. (assistance with heavy items will be provided).
- Must be able to work in all types of environments including, heat, cold, rain, snow, etc.
- Must have safety shoes or boots with a minimum of safety toe and slip resistant.
- Valid driver's license.
